The Cutting Board can provide a private
dining experience to meet all your needs
and exceed your expectations. There
are four rooms available for rental.
The John H. Burton Room
The John H. Burton Room Provides intimate
dining for two to six guests. A perfect
place for special occasions from anniversaries,
birthdays and proposals, to a small
private business meeting or ladies lunch.
Our Executive Chef is on hand to create
a menu set just for you and your guests.
As well as providing your own menu,
we can also arrange other special accommodations
such as roses, wine, champagne, music
and limousine service. Please see any
of our banquet staff for more information
and pricing.
This is The Cutting Board’s Signature
Private Dining Room. The John H. Burton
Room offers a luxury, private dining
experience for intimate groups of two
to six guests. It is the perfect setting
for all special occasions from engagements,
birthdays, and anniversaries to a small
private business meeting or Ladies Lunch.
Upon arrival, you will be greeted by
your own personal Host/Hostess who will
be available only to you and your guests
for the evening. Our Executive Chef
is also available to set a menu catered
to your specific needs. Other special
accommodations are also available, including
excellent Reserve wines, Roses, Champagne,
Music, and Limousine Service to and
from The Cutting Board.

It is our pleasure to accommodate any
special arrangements you may need.
The
DeVries Room
The DeVries Room is a private banquet
room which can accommodate up to twenty-five
guests for anything from a business
gathering, to a small family function.
Parties of 15 or less, may order form
our regular dining menu. Parties of
15 or more have their choice of two
pre-selected menu items.
The Huber and Cox Rooms
The Huber and Cox Rooms are our larger
banquet rooms. Individually, they can
accommodate up to 75 guests and when
combined, as many as 185. Arrangements
can be made with our banquet staff for
parties with more than 185 guests. These
rooms can accommodate any larger functions
as well as wedding rehearsals and receptions.

| Banquet
Guidelines and General Information |
| Bar
Policy: |
All
parties of twenty-five or less will
be provided with cocktail beverage
service. Parties of more than twenty-five
are required to have their own bar
service with an additional Bartender
fee of $15.00 per hour; one extra
hour will always be added to cover
bar set-up and breakdown. Bartender
service will be provided at no charge
for functions with a guaranteed
number of guests totaling 75 or
more. Bringing wine and or liquor
into the facility is prohibited
at all times. All service staff,
bartenders, and management have
the right to refuse service at their
discretion. |

Bar: |
Cash
Bar service is permitted at The
Cutting Board through ticket sales.
Prior arrangements must be made
for a cashier. We can provide a
cashier at $15.00 per hour or the
host/hostess may provide their own.
The cash bar charges will be based
on ticket redemption. |
| Catering
Guide Pricing: |
The
Catering Guide pricing is valid
only with a completed menu and signed
contract. Pricing is subject to
change based on season and market
availability. All items outlined
in the Catering Guide are subject
to change. |
| Cancellation
Policy: |
In
the event of a cancellation, 72
hours prior notice is required.
In the event of a cancellation less
than 72 hours prior, 50 percent
of the booked function cost will
be billed to the credit card on
file. |
| Hours: |
The
Cutting Board is available for
events from 7:00am to 9:30pm Sunday
thru Thursday. And from 7:00am
to 10:30pm. Friday and Saturday.
An event needing earlier or later
times will be charged $50.00 per
hour. This policy is not in effect
for functions with more than 100
guests in attendance.

| Musical
Groups: |
We
request that the host/hostess be
careful when selecting musicians.
Consideration must be given to the
size of the group, equipment to
be used and power requirements of
the equipment. Musicians must be
made aware that The Cutting Board
management will establish the volume
level for the group. Prior arrangements
can be made for food and beverages
for the musicians. The cost can
be added to host/hostess bill or
paid by the musician upon consumption.
The host/hostess will be responsible
for all incidental charges, fees
and damages incurred by/from the
group. |
| Gift
Tables: |
Gift
tables are provided by The Cutting
Board upon request. The Cutting
Board is not responsible for monitoring
gift tables. The Cutting Board staff
can not assist in removing gifts
from the property. Any damage or
loss occurring at/from the gift
table is not the responsibility
of The Cutting Board. |
| Damages: |
The
Cutting Board shall not assume responsibility
for damages or loss of any merchandise
or articles brought into the facility
orany items left unattended. Any
damage to the facility by guests
or hired personnel, such as band
members or florists, will be billed
to thecredit card on file. |
| No
Show: |
There
will be a charge of $7.00 plus tax
and gratuity for each “no
show”. There will be a 10%
allowance from the final confirmed
guest count. |
| Gratuity/Tax: |
Not
all enclosed prices include the
20% gratuity and 6.75% sales tax.
