Banquet Guidelines and General Information
Bar Policy: All parties of twenty-five or less will be provided with cocktail beverage service. Parties of more than twenty-five are required to have their own bar service with an additional Bartender fee of $15.00 per hour; one extra hour will always be added to cover bar set-up and breakdown. Bartender service will be provided at no charge for functions with a guaranteed number of guests totaling 75 or more. Bringing wine and or liquor into the facility is prohibited at all times. All service staff, bartenders, and management have the right to refuse service at their discretion.
Cash Bar: Cash Bar service is permitted at The Cutting Board through ticket sales. Prior arrangements must be made for a cashier. We can provide a cashier at $15.00 per hour or the host/hostess may provide their own. The cash bar charges will be based on ticket redemption.
Catering Guide Pricing: The Catering Guide pricing is valid only with a completed menu and signed contract. Pricing is subject to change based on season and market availability. All items outlined in the Catering Guide are subject to change.
Cancellation Policy: In the event of a cancellation, 72 hours prior notice is required. In the event of a cancellation less than 72 hours prior, 50 percent of the booked function cost will be billed to the credit card on file.
Hours: The Cutting Board is available for events from 7:00am to 9:30pm Sunday thru Thursday. And from 7:00am to 10:30pm
Friday and Saturday. An event needing earlier or later times will be charged $50.00 per hour. This policy is not in effect for functions with more than 100 guests in attendance.
Musical Groups: We request that the host/hostess be careful when selecting musicians. Consideration must be given to the size of the group, equipment to be used and power requirements of the equipment. Musicians must be made aware that The Cutting Board management will establish the volume level for the group. Prior arrangements can be made for food and beverages for the musicians. The cost can be added to host/hostess bill or paid by the musician upon consumption. The host/hostess will be responsible for all incidental charges, fees and damages incurred by/from the group.
Gift Tables: Gift tables are provided by The Cutting Board upon request. The Cutting Board is not responsible for monitoring gift tables. The Cutting Board staff can not assist in removing gifts from the property. Any damage or loss occurring at/from the gift table is not the responsibility of The Cutting Board.
Damages: The Cutting Board shall not assume responsibility for damages or loss of any merchandise or articles brought into the facility orany items left unattended. Any damage to the facility by guests or hired personnel, such as band members or florists, will be billed to thecredit card on file.
No Show: There will be a charge of $7.00 plus tax and gratuity for each “no show”. There will be a 10% allowance from the
final confirmed guest count.
Gratuity/Tax: Not all enclosed prices include the 20% gratuity and 6.75% sales tax. **Menu item prices include tax and gratuity.
