CuttingBoard.com will price match any product sold on our site against a competitor.
Products that qualify for price matching need to meet the following conditions:
- Product is currently in stock at competitor website and available to purchase
- Product price is published to the public, without requiring special discounts or coupons
- Competitor is authorized distributor of product
- Amazon.com price match products must be sold and fulfilled by Amazon.com (not third party sellers)
- Product is sold as new and not used or refurbished
- Price is in USD and shipped and sold from the US
- Competitor is a legitimate and stand-alone website with fully qualified domain running for over 1 year
We cannot honor a price match if:
- We do not currently stock the item
- The advertised product is below our actual cost, plus shipping cost
- The competitor is the manufacturer
- Competitors charge for shipping cost
- We are prohibited by our vendors from price matching (John Boos)
Note that any promotions or sales on CuttingBoard.com cannot be combined with a price match offer.
Contact help@cuttingboard.com with link to competitor website and product listing. If the product qualifies, we will issue a coupon to ensure a matching price. CuttingBoard.com has final say on all price match guarantees, but we will do everything we can to earn your business!
