This contemporary John Boos Au Jus Maple Board cutting board features an extra-wide groove on one side to catch juice from roasts or separate out unwanted scraps from meats and vegetables alike. Perfect for a pot roast, Thanksgiving turkey or other kitchen creation, this board also features hand grips for easy maneuverability and transporting of dishes.
Boos cutting boards come with a protective beeswax coating pre-applied. For maintenance, we highly recommend regular application of Boos Mystery Oil as well as Boos Block Cream. To clean, wipe with mild soap, water, and a damp cloth.
Made in the USA from sustainable Northern White Hardrock Maple. The Au Jus board is also available in smaller 20 x 15 x 1.5 size.
