Replace your existing custom cutting board with a stunning, custom built cutting board made from black walnut. Elegant and luxurious, walnut is a hardwood that makes a statement. Chefs appreciate walnut for its durability, natural antibacterial properties and ability to hide knife scarring better than lighter woods. 

Our custom boards come in two different styles. The Straight Grain option is made with 2-4 inch wide strips of edge grain wood running lengthwise, while our Natural Grain choice is made of wider sections of mixed grain wood (4-6 inches wide) running lengthwise and has a more rustic pattern.

Each of our custom boards are hand made in the USA by skilled woodworkers and are meticulously crafted with attention to detail. From start to finish, our boards are build using edge grain construction, from clear strips of wood. Food safe glues are employed with our boards and clamped for 48 hours in order to cure. Our curing process is longer than most, but creates a strong, lasting bond. Afterward, the surface is sanded to a fine, smooth finish, then seasoned with food grade mineral oil to hydrate the wood. This ensures each cutting board is ready for use immediately after shipping.

Expedited shipping is only for shipping service and will not speed up production time, please contact us if you need your order to be expedited, as we do have a rush option for an additional fee. Once the order has been placed and the work begun, we are unable to cancel, refund or return orders, as they are custom-made on demand.

Our custom walnut cutting boards can be built in lengths up to 96" long by 48" wide, with thickness up to 2 inches. We can also accommodate any special requests for cut outs, routing work or other custom features - just ask us!
