This handsome maple end grain block rated highly when withstanding the rigorous testing strategies of the ATK team.  Subjected to over 5000 knife cuts, more than 100 washings, and rated on its ability to withstand stains and resist odors. the boards were put through some serious kitchen use!  Going up against competition from all over the world we are more than happy to congratulate Jones Woodworking on this exciting achievement! 

Jones Woodworking is family owned and operated out of Pennsylvania. Featuring primarily domestic hardwoods, this exotic wood board is a special creation. Jones Woodworking prides itself on making traditional American cutting boards with a focus on quality. Please note that each board will vary in color depending on the wood available and we are not able to guarantee a particular color or look. These boards are made on demand, and will typically require 2-3 weeks lead time.

We recommend cleaning with warm, soapy water and drying immediately afterward. Maintain with food safe mineral oil and wax every month to keep wood conditioned.

Please Note:  All Jones boards come with included wooden rails in the package.  See images above.  If you want to store your board flat on the countertop, please place the rails under the board to allow for air flow. Any board that is stored directly on the countertop may end up warping or cracking due to temperature fluctuations.  When stored on its side, or on the rails provided, the airflow around the board improves, minimizing the chance that your board will be damaged over time.
