Please note that our engraving services do not qualify for our standard discounts or promotions. Standard cutting board is included, with upgrades optional. Expedited shipping is only for shipping service and will not speed up engraving time.

To place your custom cutting board order, please read and follow these instructions:

1. Fill out the form above with the personalization details
2. Pick a board from our available choices - or pick any board from our website with the "Pick my Own Board" option
3. Complete and pay for checkout
4. We will follow up with an email confirming your design and submit an email proof of the design to you before engraving, (please keep an eye out for an email from artdept@ars.biz with your proof)
5. Once the proof is approved, we will engrave the design and then ship out when completed
6. Engraving turnaround is about 1-2 weeks, plus shipping time
7. Please note that once proofs are confirmed, that sales are final and refunds can no longer be provided, as we cannot alter designs once they have been engraved. We are of course sure you will be absolutely satisfied with your custom engraving and we spot check every board before it goes out.
