This well designed board features a tactile pyramid design that holds meats in place while carving and is triple riveted to funnel juices into the edge grooves and hidden stainless steel catch tray. The liquid volume capacity that the grooves can handle is up to 5 cups, and the hidden reservoir holds an additional 4-1/4 cups!  The best part about this premium carving board is that even cutting boards with juice grooves can overflow, but this built-in tray makes clean-up and mess a thing of the past. In addition, sturdy side grips ensure safe and easy transfer of dishes from kitchen to table.

Reversible with a flat back side, this fine cutting board is made from Northern White Hard Rock Maple, a durable and sustainable hardwood.
